Validate your VLS-TS visa
Check your visa, validate through ANEF and save the confirmation.
Within 3 months of arrival
- Passport and visa details
- Date of arrival in France
- French address and accessible email
- Payment method for the tax shown by the service
1. Read the visa endorsement
This route applies to a VLS-TS. If your visa instructs you to apply for a residence card, follow that route and its deadline.
2. Use the official service
Choose VLS-TS validation on ANEF. Enter the visa details, arrival date and address exactly as documented.
3. Pay the required tax
The amount depends on the residence category. Pay the amount shown by the official service and keep the receipt.
4. Save the confirmation
Save the validation confirmation and foreign-national identifier. Follow any OFII instructions. Validation does not renew next year’s residence rights.
- Validate a VLS-TS within three months; use ANEF support if the service fails.
