Renew student residence
Prepare academic evidence, submit your file and follow the decision.
4–2 months before expiry
- Passport and current residence document
- Address evidence and photo/e-photo code
- Enrolment and evidence of academic progress
- Financial evidence and other required attachments
1. Set your filing window
For a standard student renewal, apply on ANEF 4–2 months before expiry. Check any nationality-specific or residence-specific procedure.
2. Prepare academic evidence
Gather enrolment evidence and results. Explain a change of course or repeated year with supporting documents.
3. Submit and follow up
Use your account’s document checklist, save the submission receipt and answer additional-document requests within the stated deadline.
4. Check the document issued
A submission acknowledgment alone is not proof of lawful residence. Check residence, work and travel rights against the actual document issued.
- Renewal depends on genuine, serious study and other requirements; submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
